Responsibilities
- Making and serving all dishes to a high standard
- Stock control/ordering and monitoring temperature records
- Set up for serving by cleaning and washing raw food products.
- Develop new menus/dishes when required
- All food items should be labelled for food safety, shelf life, and HACCP guidelines. Waste management
Requirements
- A passionate and creative personality
- Works well as part of a brigade
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Certificate in food production.
- Minimum 2 years working experience as a Chef.
- Experience in International Cuisine.
